A civil activist from Dhi Qar and a member of the Iraqi Women’s League. Noor started her civil career at an early age and founded the first voluntary women’s team named Shabbat Dhi Qar (The Young Women of Dhi Qar) in 2014. She is currently working as a Project Development Officer at SWEDO. In addition to her Bachelor’s degree in Education, Noor holds a ToT certificate in advocacy.  Her goal is to create a social environment that preserves human dignity, mental health, and the rights of women and children. Noor has participated in the Social Activist Track in the Iraq Leadership Fellows 2021.
